“Having been owner of a bar for over ten years, I served many cups of coffee and found the reality of the 4 M motto: Mixture, Machine, Milling, Maintenance. All fundamental things, but the most important is the first one. From this experience is born the idea to compete in the field of roasting; so, in April 1987, supported by my family, Toscaffè was born as a little coffee-roasting company. Our goal was launching a high-quality product, selecting the best matches on the coffee market and working it with maximal care and attention.
The great passion and commitment in the field and the consensus made me realize that I was on the right way and soon came the results; This does not mean that I feel satisfied, but today, as the first day, the enthusiasm and the goal are the same: trying to improve.
Responsibility towards my collaborators, who have always supported me and in which I see the continuity, it fills me with pride to see how my son collaborates with me on this project.

Toscaffè was born in 1987 as an artisan coffee-roasting company, result of the thirty years experience in the area of the current owner..
Since then Toscaffè is committed in the pursuit of quality of the product using only the most valuable quality of coffee imported from the country of origin and selecting the best lots on the market. .
Besides, is the whole process of manufacture followed with meticulous care, with accurate craft systems through constant and careful monitoring by highly qualified staff.
This allows Toscaffè to offer a high quality blend of espresso coffee with an unique taste.
Toscaffè
produces and sells with private label, coffee beans or ground coffee in bar- or family-packs of gr. 1000, gr. 500 and gr. 250, and coffee pads in packs of 150 and in cases of 18. Toscaffè also distributes decaffeinated in vacuum sachets or in pads and barley pads and lately trades also single-dose and bi-dose capsules of Lavazza format.
